NBC's Heroes
NBC will offer a sneak peek of their new sci-fi drama, Heroes, on Yahoo a few days before it officially premieres on TV. For those of you who don't know, Heroes is about a group of people who discover that they have superpowers and how their new-found powers affect their lives. (I got to see the pilot (one-hour version) a few days ago and will be posting my review soon.) NBC is aggressively marketing its serials this year, with advance screenings of a 72 minute version of the Heroes pilot at Comic-Con and a partnership with Netflix to offer full-length pilot previews of Studio 60 and Kidnapped. No doubt, the peacock is tired of being the 4th place network.
