So, you may have heard of a new ABC show called Betty the Ugly Ugly Betty. I mentioned the show back during upfronts as something that I'd like to check out this fall. Well, according to most of the critics who have seen full pilots (trust me, I'm trying to get my grubby little paws on a copy) this show is shaping up to be the best of ABC's fall slate offering. With a cast that stars America Ferrara, Vanessa Williams, Eric Mabius and Alan Dale, this show about a young Latina girl who wants to make it in the fashion industry, sounds like a fun, feel-good ride. And hey, it's executive produced by famous Latina actress, Salma Hayek. Check out some pics from yesterday's TCA session and publicity stills from the pilot.
